Frequency Chiropractic: Torque Release Technique
About Torque Release Technique (TRT)
Dr. Kristi is Advanced Proficiency Certified in Torque Release Technique, also known as TRT. "TRT" is the most up-to-date chiropractic technique available. It has been designed as part of scientific research into the health benefits of chiropractic.
As such it is a mixture of the "best-of-the-best" systems of chiropractic assessment & treatment. TRT focuses a lot of attention to the strategic and vital connection points between the spinal cord and spinal column. As we gently and methodically adjust these areas of your spinal cord, we are changing the degree of tension in the central nervous system in an effort to change the overall vibration, or tone.
How It Works
When a specific command travels down the spinal cord from the brain to the body, or when sensory information is being transmitted back up the spinal cord to the brain; there is a “flash” of “electricity” that carries the messages. Quick body responses and sensory perceptions result.
At the same time though, there is also a low-grade “wave” of radio frequency traveling up and down your spinal cord that determines the “mood” or “tone” of your central nervous system. This affects your level of consciousness and awareness, your mood, and the slower metabolic and hormonal functions of your body.
Adjustments aim to remove any blockages to the fast acting messages traveling up and down the spinal cord; and at the same time rebalance the overall frequency at which the nervous system is operating.
After The Adjustment
When many people get up straight after an adjustment, they comment on how their vision seems clearer, the light or view seems sharper, their head feels lighter, there body feels looser etc. These are all reflections of your central nervous system now operating at a better frequency. The Integrator is the high-tech tool that we use to tune your nervous system.

Gentle. Precise. Effective.
Out of the largest human population research study in chiropractic history comes the Integrator.
The Integrator: the only FDA approved device for the adjustment of a vertebral subluxation.
The Integrator reproduces the entire thrust and movement components of TOGGLE RECOIL, the classic Chiropractic Method of adjusting by hand at a speed of 1/10,000th of a second. No instrument in chiropractic history has been able to reproduce what the hands were intended to do!

Webster Technique for Pregnancy
Chiropractic care in pregnancy is vital to the normal physiological function of both the mother and baby throughout pregnancy and birth. Because of ligament laxity due to varying hormonal changes, the position and biomechanics of the pelvis during pregnancy are ever changing. Gentle and specific adjustments to the pregnant mother through use of the Webster Technique can improve sacral biomechanics which can alleviate tension on the uterus. This has been shown to potentially allow for a more smooth and easy birth.

Pediatric Chiropractic
Pediatric chiropractic is approached much differently than adjustments for the adult spine and are catered to the specific child's needs. The amount of pressure used to adjust an infant or young child’s spine is about the same pressure used to indent a ripe tomato!
A child’s nervous system is almost fully developed by the age of 7. Even though children don’t experience as much stress as adults, they are affected by stress such as potentially traumatic birth, bumps and bruises as they learn to walk, run and play and a constant influx of information as they learn about their world.
Symptoms of subluxations (spinal stress) in the newborn include but are not limited to: ear infections, colic, constipation, frequent colds, trouble nursing (especially on one side in particular), and even reflux! Receiving gentle and specific chiropractic adjustments as the child develops assures their nervous system continues to grow and adapt as nature intended without any interference.
