FAQ
-
Where are you located?
I currently offer fully mobile care, meaning I come to you! At this time, I do not have a permanent office location—this allows me to create a more personalized, low-stress experience wherever you're most comfortable. I serve Palm Beach and Broward Counties, and will share all the details you need when we schedule your visit.

What is tonal chiropractic?
Tonal chiropractic focuses on the tone and tension within your nervous system — the “communication highway” between your brain and body. Instead of forceful cracking or popping, I use gentle, specific adjustments to help reset your nervous system, allowing your body to naturally unwind tension, heal, and function better. Many people find this approach relaxing, effective, and longer-lasting.

Why don’t you accept health insurance?
I choose not to work directly with insurance companies so I can focus entirely on your care — not paperwork, restrictions, or what’s “approved” by an insurance adjuster. This allows me to provide the care you actually need, without shortcuts or rushed visits.
However, if your insurance offers out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide a superbill — a detailed receipt you can submit for possible reimbursement. -
How long does it take for me to see results?
This is totally dependent on the person. Children almost always see change right after the first adjustment because their bodies have experienced a lesser amount of overall stress. Adults can also see results right away and will also notice a continual unfolding as they progress through care.
-
Will the adjustment hurt?
Adjustments shouldn’t hurt — they’re gentle, specific, and safe for anyone, no matter their age or health status. That said, if there’s stress or old tension stored in certain areas, you might feel a bit of tenderness when we release it. I use an instrument called the Integrator to make the adjustment, so there’s no cracking or twisting involved. And when I adjust babies or kids by hand, the pressure is super light — just enough to press into a ripe tomato.
-
What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable — there’s no special dress code. If you can, bring or wear shoes with a flat sole that stay secure on your feet, like sneakers. They help me get the clearest read during your check, but it’s totally fine if you’re in sandals or barefoot (especially down here in Florida!).
-
How often do I need to come in?
How often you come in really depends on what your nervous system needs. Some people are navigating big life shifts, trauma, or burnout and benefit from more frequent visits at first. Others may just need a reset now and then. We’ll figure that out together based on how you respond — no pressure, no one-size-fits-all plan.
-
How long is a typical appointment?
The adjustment itself only takes a few minutes — it’s quick, focused, and to the point. That said, I always allow space if we need to chat, check in, or if you just need a moment to land. Most visits wrap up in 10–15 minutes, but I keep things flexible when it matters.
-
Do you offer only adjustments?
Yes — and intentionally so.
These sessions are focused entirely on the adjustment, using Torque Release Technique. I don’t include other therapies or modalities because this work is designed to go deep on its own. It’s simple, specific, and powerful — and often exactly what your system needs without the extras.
