I Come To You
Whether it’s your home, office, or gym, I bring the table and everything needed for care. We’ll find a quiet, comfortable space to set up — no special prep required. You just show up as you are.

We Check In
We’ll talk briefly about how you're feeling, what's going on in your body, and anything you'd like me to know. Then I’ll gently assess how your nervous system is functioning using subtle, hands-on checks while you're lying face down or face up on the table.

The Adjustment
I use gentle checks with my hands to assess how your nervous system is responding — where it’s holding tension and where it’s ready to release. Then I use a small handheld instrument to deliver precise, light-force adjustments. It’s quiet, effective, and doesn’t involve any cracking or twisting.
Next Steps | How To Prepare

Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move and relax easily. If possible, please wear well-fitting shoes with flat soles, like sneakers — this helps me perform checks more effectively, but don’t worry, I can work with any footwear you have.

Find a quiet, comfortable spot where I can set up the adjustment table without distractions. It can be your living room, office, gym, or anywhere you feel relaxed and safe.

For now, all paperwork will be filled out in person at your first visit. It’s minimal and won’t take long — just a few quick forms before we begin.

Come with an open mind and no rush. This session is about slowing down and letting your body guide the process — there’s nothing you need to do but be present and comfortable.
